- 🦑 150g sliced squid
 
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced thinly
 - 100g chopped komatsuna
 
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
 - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Slice the carrot thinly and cut the komatsuna into 3cm pieces after removing the root ends.

Heat salad oil in a pan, add squid and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the squid turns white.

Add the carrot and stir-fry until softened. Then add the komatsuna and stir-fry briefly.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and mix well.
