Vegetables
- 🍄 5 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Optional
- A small amount of scallion

Prepare all ingredients by cleaning and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan and add vegetable oil. Stir-fry the mushrooms first.
Once the mushrooms soften slightly, add the sliced onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry until slightly tender.
Add oyster sauce and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
