- Meat - 🐖 50g thinly sliced pork loin
 
- Vegetables - 🥔 1 medium potato (150g), julienned
 
- Oils and Fats - 1/2 tsp salad oil
- A dash of sesame oil
 
- Seasonings - 1 tsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut the potato into 1cm wide sticks and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.

Slice the pork loin into 1cm wide strips.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.

Add the potato and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until translucent.

Add sake, sugar, and soy sauce, mixing well to coat evenly. Finish with sesame oil.
