    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • A small amount of green onion
    • 2 red chilies

    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

    • 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 2-3 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp ginger wine
    • A small amount of sesame oil
    • A small amount of sesame seeds

Slice the flat fish cake into thin strips and blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

Chop the onion and green onion into small pieces.

Slice the red chilies. You can substitute with green chilies or omit them based on preference.

Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion, green onion, and fish cake strips.

Add the seasonings (oyster sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, corn syrup, ginger wine) and the sliced chilies. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
