Main Ingredients
- 10 sheets fish cake
- 1/3 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
BƯỚC
Slice garlic into thin slices (0.3cm).
Chop green onion into small pieces (0.3cm).
Julienne onion, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper into thin strips (0.3cm).
Cut fish cake into 2cm pieces.
Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp cooking oil. Stir-fry garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add onion, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry until translucent.
Add fish cake to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir well to combine.
Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top and serve.
