- Main Ingredients - 3 sheets fish cake
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
BƯỚC
Blanch the fish cakes in boiling water or pour hot water over them to remove impurities.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing all the seasoning ingredients. Optionally, slice vegetables if available.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil, add the fish cakes, and stir-fry. If using vegetables, add them after the fish cakes are slightly cooked.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
