- 🥬 1 bok choy (100g)
 
Canned Goods
- 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
 
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
 - Pinch of black pepper
 
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
BƯỚC
Separate bok choy stems and leaves. Cut stems into halves lengthwise and then into thirds radially. Slice leaves into 2cm widths.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add mackerel and break it apart while lightly frying.
Spread bok choy in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds over medium heat.
Remove the lid, stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until bok choy softens. Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, then mix well.
