Vegetables
- 3 handfuls bean sprouts
 - 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
 
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
 - 🧂 1 pinch salt
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Heat minced garlic on low heat, then increase to medium heat and add thinly sliced carrots. Season with a pinch of salt and stir-fry.
Once the carrots are partially cooked, add bean sprouts and increase to high heat. Stir-fry quickly for about 1 minute and turn off the heat.
Mix in sesame seeds, chopped green onion, salt, and sesame oil using residual heat.
Serve as a side dish or place over rice for a delicious rice bowl.
