Chicken Stick
- 🍗 300g chicken breast, skinless
 - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 - 2 tbsp potato starch
 - Enough vegetable oil for frying
 
Tomato Cream
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
 - 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
 - 1/2 tsp sugar
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 - 🥛 100ml milk
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
Baguette Fondue
- 🥖 15cm baguette
 - 🧀 6 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
 
Topping
- Pinch of chopped parsley
 
BƯỚC
Slice chicken breast into 7mm thick strips. Marinate with salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and sake for 5 minutes. Coat with flour and potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 180°C and fry chicken strips until golden brown.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté canned tomatoes with garlic for 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt, and pepper, then gradually mix in milk. Stop before boiling.
Cut baguette into thirds and press the insides to form bowls.
Place baguette bowls on a baking tray, fill with cheese, and bake in a toaster for 3–5 minutes until melted.
Serve tomato cream topped with baguette fondue and chicken sticks. Garnish with parsley.
