    • 🥕 1/2 carrot, diced
    • 🧅 1 onion, diced
    • 1 large shiitake mushroom, diced
    • 1 bell pepper, diced
    • 1 chili pepper, finely chopped
  • Protein

    • 1 can (150g) tuna, drained
  • Seasoning

    • A small amount of grape seed oil
    • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
    • A small amount of sesame seeds
  • Sauce

    • 2.5 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp rice syrup
    • 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic

Dice the carrot, onion, shiitake mushroom, and bell pepper into preferred sizes.

Drain the canned tuna using a sieve to remove excess oil.

Heat a pan and add grape seed oil. Stir-fry the carrot and onion until softened.

Add the shiitake mushroom and bell pepper to the pan and continue stir-frying.

Add the drained tuna to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.

Mix gochujang, rice syrup, and minced garlic together. Add this mixture to the pan and stir until well combined.

Add finely chopped chili pepper and stir briefly. Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
