Main Ingredients
- 🥡 1.5 blocks of tofu
- A small amount of cornstarch
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 A small amount of salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 3 tbsp minced onion
BƯỚC
Place tofu on a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Cut tofu into 1.5–2 cm cubes and coat each piece with cornstarch.
Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown and place on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
Mix minced garlic, minced onion, rice wine, ketchup, gochujang, sugar, corn syrup, and salt to create the sauce.
Simmer the sauce briefly, then add the fried tofu and toss quickly to coat. Serve immediately.
