- 🍗 500g chicken thigh
- 1 stick rice cake
- 1 green chili
Marinade Ingredients
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of black pepper
BƯỚC
Slice the green chili and cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the chicken with rice wine, salt, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the marinade.
Heat oil in a pan, cook the chicken until halfway done, then add the sauce and stir-fry.
Add rice cakes and green chili to the pan, mix well, and cook until fully done.
