  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1 handful sliced green onion
    • 🧄 5 cloves garlic
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 20g cabbage
    • 1/2 zucchini or bell pepper
    • 1 green chili
    • 1 red chili
  • Protein

    • 100g ground pork
    • 🦪 200g mussels
  • Seasonings

    • 3 tbsp chili oil or powder
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper

Slice all vegetables (onion, cabbage, bell pepper, chili) or blend them for convenience.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced green onion and garlic until slightly golden. Add 1 tbsp chili powder.

Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until partially cooked. Then add 100g ground pork and 2 tbsp chili powder.

Add 200g mussels and 2 tbsp mirin to the pan. Stir well.

Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and stir-fry briefly. Pour enough water to cover the ingredients and season with 1/2 tbsp salt and a pinch of pepper.

Simmer on high heat for 10-15 minutes until flavors meld. Serve over rice.
