    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tbsp anchovy sauce
    • 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/4 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 green chili
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 💧 3 tbsp water

Slice the fish cake into thin strips, about 1 cm wide.

Combine all seasoning ingredients in a pan and simmer on low heat until bubbling.

Add the fish cake to the pan and simmer until the sauce is fully absorbed. Stir-fry on high heat for 10 seconds for enhanced flavor.

Spread cooked rice evenly on the seaweed, leaving 2-3 cm at the edge.

Place washed kimchi in the center of the rice and adjust its length to fit the seaweed sheet.

Cook the egg into a thin sheet and place it near the starting edge of the seaweed. Add the seasoned fish cake on top.

Roll the kimbap tightly, folding the egg sheet over the fish cake.
