    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sauce Ingredients

    • 4 tbsp gochujang
    • 4 tbsp chili powder
    • 4 tbsp vinegar
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp plum extract
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1/3 cup soda
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Mix gochujang, chili powder, and vinegar in equal proportions (4 tbsp each).

Add sugar, soy sauce, and plum extract in equal proportions (3 tbsp each).

Add cooking wine and soda to thin the sauce.
