Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
 - 🥔 2 potatoes
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - Sliced green onion
 - 2 chili peppers
 - 500ml anchovy broth
 
Seasoning Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
 - 1.5 tbsp gochujang
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 2 tbsp cooking wine
 - 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
 
BƯỚC
Prepare the ingredients by slicing chili peppers and green onions.
Mix all seasoning sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Layer potatoes and onions at the bottom of a pot, then place tofu on top.
Pour the prepared anchovy broth over the ingredients.
Add the seasoning sauce to the pot and bring to a simmer.
Let the mixture simmer until the potatoes are tender and tofu absorbs the flavors.
Add sliced chili peppers and green onions at the end and cook for another 5 minutes.
