- 🧅 1/2 onion
- A small amount of green onion
- 🧄 A small amount of minced garlic
Main Ingredient
- 🍢 1 block of tofu
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
BƯỚC
Remove excess moisture from the tofu using a kitchen towel, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry again to remove remaining moisture.
Pan-fry the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides. Fry all six sides for the best texture.
Set the fried tofu aside on a plate.
In the same pan, sauté minced garlic over low heat until fragrant.
Add chopped onion and green onion to the pan, followed by the prepared seasoning mixture.
Add the fried tofu to the pan and gently stir to coat with the sauce. Turn off the heat and drizzle perilla oil over the tofu, then mix gently.
