Vegetables
- 1/2 bag soybean sprouts
 - 1/2 handful chopped green onion
 
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder
 - 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 🧂 A pinch of salt
 - 1 tsp tuna sauce
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 
BƯỚC
Wash and prepare the soybean sprouts by removing heads or tails as preferred.
Boil water in a pot, approximately twice the volume of the sprouts.
Add the soybean sprouts to boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Mix the drained sprouts with the seasonings (sesame oil, red pepper powder, minced garlic, sesame seeds, tuna sauce, soy sauce, and salt) in a bowl.
Adjust seasoning to taste and store the dish in the refrigerator.
