- 🐖 600g pork belly slices

- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 10 perilla leaves, chopped
- 2 green chilies, optional
Sauce
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of black pepper
BƯỚC
Slice the onion thickly, chop the green onion, and cut the perilla leaves into large pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients together and let it rest for at least 10 minutes to enhance flavor.
In a wide, shallow pot, layer bean sprouts at the bottom.
Add onion, green onion, and perilla leaves on top of the bean sprouts.
Place pork belly slices and pour the prepared sauce over the top.
Cook on medium heat until the vegetables release moisture and soften. Stir occasionally.
Once the pork is fully cooked, serve and enjoy.
For leftover preparation, chop remaining ingredients finely.
Mix chopped ingredients with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and seaweed flakes for fried rice.
Top fried rice with melted cheese for a delicious finish.
