Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g tofu
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- A pinch of sesame seeds

Cut the tofu into 1cm thick slices and coat with cornstarch.

Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Slice the green and red chilies diagonally while frying the tofu.

Mix soy sauce, water, mirin, and rice syrup in a pan and bring to a boil.

Turn off the heat and toss the fried tofu in the sauce.

Add the sliced chilies and mix until the sauce is absorbed.
