NGUYÊN LIỆU
- Main Ingredients - 1 block tofu
- 🧂 Pinch of salt for seasoning
 
- Seasoning - 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of ground pepper
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
 
- Optional Additions - 3 tbsp stir-fried beef
 
BƯỚC
Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes. Sprinkle with salt and let sit to remove excess moisture and firm up.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sugar, soy sauce, water, minced garlic, sesame oil, ground pepper, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
Add 3 tbsp of stir-fried beef to the sauce if desired.
Heat a pan with equal parts canola oil and sesame oil.
Fry the tofu on high heat until the surface is crispy.
Pour the sauce over the fried tofu and simmer for 3 minutes.
