- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
BƯỚC
Peel and dice the potatoes, then soak them in cold water for 5 minutes.
Rinse the potatoes and place them in a wok with 1 cup of water.
Add 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp corn syrup. Mix well.
Bring to a boil over high heat for about 8–9 minutes until the liquid reduces.
Reduce to low heat and drizzle sesame oil over the potatoes.
Once the liquid is fully absorbed, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
