Main Ingredients
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sprinkle sesame seeds
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning Sauce
- 0.5 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 0.1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
BƯỚC
Wash and clean the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the bean sprouts.
Once the bean sprouts soften, drizzle 1 tbsp of sesame oil over them.
Place the cooked bean sprouts in a bowl and sprinkle crushed sesame seeds on top.
Fry eggs sunny-side up or half-cooked and place them on top of the rice.
Add the bean sprouts and seasoning sauce to the rice. Mix well and enjoy your simple bean sprout bibimbap!
