    • 1 pack enoki mushrooms
    • 2 green chilies
    • 1/2 zucchini
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 1/2 stalk green onion

    • 200g beef brisket
    • 1/2 block tofu
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp soybean paste
    • 1 tbsp red pepper paste
    • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Dice the onion, slice the zucchini into 1cm thick fan shapes, and chop the green onion and chilies.

Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Heat a pot and stir-fry the beef brisket until cooked.

Add diced onion to the pot and stir-fry with the beef brisket fat.

Pour 4 cups of water or anchovy stock into the pot.

Mix in 2 tbsp soybean paste and 1 tbsp red pepper paste.

Add zucchini, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp red pepper powder.
