NGUYÊN LIỆU
- Rice - 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
 
- Seafood - 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
 
- Egg - 🥚 2 beaten eggs
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
 
- Oil - 1.5 tbsp salad oil
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
 
BƯỚC
Mince the green onion.
Heat 1/2 tbsp of salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced green onion and peeled shrimp, stir-frying until the shrimp is cooked through. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp of salad oil and heat over medium. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir until they are semi-cooked. Add the cooked rice and stir until well combined and the rice becomes fluffy. Add the shrimp mixture and seasonings, mixing quickly.
