Main Ingredients
- 🦐 20 frozen shrimp
- 400g bean sprouts
- 200g mung bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 10 sprigs of crown daisy
- 150ml anchovy stock
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp flavored soy sauce
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
BƯỚC
Wash the bean sprouts and mung bean sprouts thoroughly.
Slice the onion, chop the green onion, and slice the chilies. Cut the crown daisy into 2-3 pieces.
Defrost the shrimp and trim the horns, whiskers, and tails.
Mix the seasoning ingredients with water to create the sauce.
Layer the bean sprouts, onion, mung bean sprouts, and green onion in a pot or wok.
Arrange the prepared shrimp neatly on top of the vegetables.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the shrimp and vegetables.
Cover with a lid and cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 6-7 minutes.
Open the lid and add the chilies and crown daisy on top.
Simmer briefly and serve hot.
