Main Ingredients
- 🦐 15 shrimp
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🌽 2 tbsp corn
- 🥛 250 ml milk
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧄 A pinch of minced garlic
- 🧈 1 tsp butter

Chop the onion into small pieces and cut the mushrooms into large pieces. Prepare the corn and shrimp.
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
Add a small amount of butter to the pan and then add the shrimp.
Once the shrimp are partially cooked, add the mushrooms and corn.
Pour in 250 ml of milk and mix well.
Add the cooked rice and stir for about 5 minutes.
Once the mixture thickens, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
