- Seafood - 🍤 150g boiled shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 🌱 50g frozen shelled edamame
 
- Cooking Oil - Enough salad oil for frying
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
 
- Batter - 50g tempura flour
- 💧 50cc water
 
BƯỚC
Mix tempura flour and water in a bowl to create the batter. Add boiled shrimp and frozen edamame, and mix well.
Heat about 2cm of salad oil in a frying pan. Drop 1/4 of the batter mixture into the oil using a spatula and fry both sides on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Serve the fritters on a plate and sprinkle with salt or serve with dipping sauce.
