- Seafood - 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 50g minced onion
 
- Cheese / Dairy - 🧀 30g baby cheese, diced
 
- Nuts - 🌰 40g almond slices
 
- Oil - Enough salad oil for frying
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
 
- Garnish - 🍋 1 wedge of lemon
 
BƯỚC
Mince the onion finely.
Dice the baby cheese into 5mm cubes.
Prepare the shrimp by removing the vein, washing, and patting dry. Chop finely and mash.
Mix the shrimp with sake, salt, and potato starch in a bowl until sticky. Add onion and cheese, then divide into 6 portions and shape into balls.
Spread almond slices on a tray and coat the shrimp balls evenly.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 160°C and fry the coated shrimp balls until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
Plate the fried shrimp balls and serve with a lemon wedge.
