- Noodles - 1 serving udon noodles
 
- Vegetables - 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
 
- Seafood - 🍤 5 boiled shrimp
 
- Cheese - 🧀 Grated cheese, as needed
 
- Herbs - 🌿 Fresh basil, as needed
 
- Sauce - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste

Place the udon noodles on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water to cool. Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, dried basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper). Mash the avocado into the sauce while mixing.
Mix the udon noodles into the sauce. Plate the dish, top with shrimp and fresh basil, and sprinkle grated cheese to finish.
