Pasta
- 🍝 120g pasta
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🌭 5–7 sausages
Cream Sauce
- 🥛 1 cup heavy cream
- 🥛 1.5 cups milk
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fish roe (optional)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
BƯỚC
Slice the sausages and thinly slice the onion.
Boil pasta in salted water (1 tsp salt) for 8–10 minutes, then drain and mix with a few drops of olive oil.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add onion and sausages to the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Pour in heavy cream and milk, and bring to a gentle boil.
Add the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Plate the pasta, garnish with fish roe (optional) and parsley flakes.
