- 1/2 radish
- 1 green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Peel the radish to remove any dirty skin.
Slice the radish thinly and julienne it, or use a mandoline slicer.
Mix 1 tbsp salt and 4 tbsp sugar, then marinate the radish.
