- 🥗 600g radish, sliced thinly
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 💧 1.5 cups water
- 6 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Slice the radish into 0.5mm thick pieces, then julienne them into thin strips. Mix with salt and let it sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Drain the radish using a sieve to remove excess water.
Heat a deep pan and add 4 tbsp perilla oil. Stir-fry the salted radish and minced garlic for about 2 minutes.
Add water, perilla seed powder, and soy sauce. Stir well and cover the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, then uncover and cook for an additional minute.
Turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp perilla oil. Mix thoroughly before serving.
