- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 3 green chilies
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🌾 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Cut the cucumbers in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
Slice the cucumbers into thick crescent shapes.
Slice green chilies and onion into similar sizes.
Combine the cucumber, green chilies, and onion in a bowl.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, plum extract, honey, vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
Refrigerate the vegetables and sauce separately until ready to serve.
Before serving, toss the vegetables with the sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
