- Vegetables - 🎃 400g pumpkin, seeds removed
 
- Dairy - 🥛 200cc heavy cream
- 🧀 200g cream cheese
 
- Sweeteners - 🧂 80g sugar
 
- Eggs - 🥚 2 eggs
 
- Flour - 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 
- Flavorings - 🍫 1 tsp cocoa powder
 
BƯỚC
Wrap the pumpkin in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes. Remove the skin while hot and mash the flesh in a bowl.
Add heavy cream in three parts to the mashed pumpkin, mixing well each time.
Strain the pumpkin mixture through a sieve.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Sift in the flour and mix.
Combine the pumpkin cream with the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Take 2 tbsp of the batter and mix it with cocoa powder to create the spider web design.
Pour the main batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Use the cocoa batter to draw a spider web pattern on the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40–45 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
