Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🥔 200g potato
- 🧅 1 small onion
- 2 green chilies
- 2 red chilies
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 desired amount mozzarella cheese
- adequate amount pancake flour
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt

Finely chop the onion, green chilies, and red chilies.
Blend the potato with 1/2 cup water, then strain through a sieve. Reserve the starch sediment at the bottom after letting the liquid settle.
Mix the strained potato solids with tofu and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth.
Combine the chopped vegetables, egg, mozzarella cheese, and 1 tbsp of potato starch into the mixture.
Heat a pan with oil and spoon a tablespoon of batter onto it. Cook until golden brown on both sides. If the batter is too runny, add more potato starch or pancake flour.
