- Main Ingredients - 🥔 20 baby potatoes
- 🧅 1/3 onion
- 1 green chili
- 🧀 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
 
- Additional Ingredients - 🥓 1 slice bacon
- A pinch of parsley
- 2 bay leaves
 
- Sauce Ingredients - 🥛 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp cream
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
 
BƯỚC
Steam the baby potatoes for 15–20 minutes over medium heat until tender.
Peel the steamed baby potatoes and set them aside.
Dice the green chili finely and chop the onion into chunks.
Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
In a pot, melt 1 tbsp butter and sauté the onion until golden brown over low heat.
Add the steamed potatoes, diced chili, milk, bay leaves, cream, and a pinch of pepper to the pot. Cover and simmer over low heat.
Once the stew thickens, transfer to a serving dish and garnish with Parmesan cheese and crispy bacon.
