  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp tuna fish sauce
    • 2 tbsp plum syrup

    • 3 green chilies
    • 3 dried red chilies
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of sesame seeds

Add the Spam to the pot and continue simmering until the potatoes are fully cooked.

Add plum syrup and simmer until the liquid reduces. Add green and dried red chilies and cook briefly.
