- Seafood - 2 tbsp sakura shrimp
 
- Dairy - 🧈 15g salted butter
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salted kombu
 
- Herb - 2 shiso leaves

Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, removing any sprouts. Soak the potatoes in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Place the potatoes, sakura shrimp, butter, and salted kombu in a microwave-safe container. Mix lightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and mix again.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the sliced shiso leaves.
