- 🐖 500g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
Seasonings
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- Pepper to taste
- 🧀 Optional pizza cheese

Thaw the frozen ground pork completely.
Chop the onion and chives finely.
Mix the thawed pork with chopped vegetables and seasonings (soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and pepper). Knead thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into round, thick patties. Add pizza cheese on top if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (482°F) for 20 minutes.
Serve the golden-brown patties hot. Enjoy!
