NGUYÊN LIỆU
- Meat - 200g ground pork
 
- Vegetables - 1 stalk celery, diced
- 50g carrot, julienned
 
- Dairy / Tofu - 150g firm tofu
 
- Oil - Enough salad oil for frying
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 3 tbsp potato starch
 
BƯỚC
Remove the strings from the celery and dice into 5mm pieces. Julienne the carrot.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place on a microwave-safe plate, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool and drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, tofu, and the seasonings (☆) until sticky. Add celery and carrot, and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C, about 2cm deep. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture (1/14 of total) and drop into the oil. Fry for 3–5 minutes, flipping until golden brown.
