- 150g thinly sliced pork belly

- 🥬 3 leaves (200g) cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (80g) green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Layer half the cabbage on a microwave-safe plate, then place half the pork belly on top without overlapping. Repeat with the remaining cabbage and pork. Add sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
In a pan, heat soy sauce over medium heat until it starts bubbling. Add sugar and mix, then add vinegar, sesame seeds, and green onion. Stir briefly to create the soy sauce glaze.
Pour the soy sauce glaze over the steamed pork and cabbage.
