Main Ingredients
- 410g acorn jelly
- 30g spring cabbage
- 1 sheet roasted seaweed
- 1/2 red paprika
- 1/2 yellow paprika
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Wash the red and yellow paprika under running water, remove the stems, cut them in half, trim the edges, and julienne them.
Trim and wash the spring cabbage under running water, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the acorn jelly briefly in boiling water, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Place the spring cabbage, acorn jelly, red paprika, and yellow paprika into a bowl. Cut the roasted seaweed into small pieces and add it on top.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: soy sauce, plum extract, chili powder, chopped green onion, minced garlic, sugar, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Add the seasoning to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients to coat evenly.
