NGUYÊN LIỆU
Vegetables
- 700g radish, peeled and julienned
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Oils
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp coarse salt
BƯỚC
Peel the radish and julienne it along the grain.
Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of coarse salt over the radish and let it sit for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, drain half of the liquid released from the radish, keeping the rest for cooking.
Heat perilla oil and vegetable oil in a pan, then add minced garlic to release its aroma.
Add the radish and half of the reserved liquid to the pan, stir-frying for about 30 seconds.
Mix 3 tbsp of perilla powder with 6 tbsp of water, then add it to the pan.
Cook for 5 minutes, then add the perilla powder mixture and chopped green onion. Simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
