    • 3 tbsp flour
  • Seasonings

    • 8 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
    • 3 tbsp chili powder

    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion

Place the washed peppers in a plastic bag with 3 tbsp of flour. Shake the bag to coat the peppers evenly.
