Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (50g) mentaiko
- 200g lotus root
- 1/3 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
BƯỚC
Cut the lotus root into 4cm long, 1.5cm wide sticks. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain. Trim the kaiware sprouts and cut into thirds.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Boil water in a pot, add the lotus root, and cook for about 2 minutes. Drain well.
In a bowl, mix the mentaiko and seasonings (mayonnaise and mentsuyu). Add the lotus root and kaiware sprouts, then toss to combine.
