Vegetables
- 🥔 600g potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Seasonings
- 8 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt over the potatoes for seasoning.
Rinse the potatoes with water to remove excess starch.
Slice the carrot into fan shapes.
Cut the onion into large chunks.
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Mix water, minced garlic, soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, and cooking wine to create the sauce.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the potatoes and carrots for 6 minutes.
Add the onion and stir-fry until it becomes translucent.
Pour in the sauce and let it boil. Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the green onion and stir briefly to mix.
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
