Vegetables
- 500g bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1 onion, julienned
- 1/2 handful green onions, chopped
Protein
- 6 sheets fish cake, julienned
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Clean and rinse the bean sprouts.
Boil the bean sprouts and rinse them in cold water.
Julienne the fish cakes.
Julienne the onion and carrot, and chop the green onions into 5cm pieces.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the fish cakes.
Add half of the seasoning mixture and stir-fry further.
Push the fish cakes to one side and add the vegetables to the pan.
Add the green onions and stir-fry quickly.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Add the bean sprouts and the remaining seasoning mixture, then mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle sesame oil, then mix thoroughly.
Serve the Kongnamul Eomuk Japchae.
