- 50g boiled bonito flakes
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
 - 2 tbsp sake
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 💧 100ml water

Slice the boiled kombu into thin strips.

Add kombu, bonito flakes, and all seasoning ingredients into a pot. Heat over medium heat.

Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
