  • Main Ingredients

    • 1 handful somen noodles
    • 1 cup kimchi
    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 🥒 A small amount of cucumber
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A small amount of sesame seeds

Boil the egg in water. Add salt and vinegar for easier peeling if desired.

Mix all the seasonings except sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl.

Boil water in a wide pan and cook the somen noodles until tender.

Drain the cooked noodles and rinse under cold water. Shake off excess water.

Place the noodles in a bowl, add kimchi and the prepared seasoning mixture.

Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.

Add sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Optionally, garnish with sliced cucumber and a boiled egg.
